Jefferson Cook, Associates, Ltd. ("JCA)", was established to provide efficient, specialized risk management and compliance consulting solutions to banks, brokers, clearing firms, and software providers to the financial industry.
We offer a host of specialty services to cater to the unique needs of our clients. Paragon Compliance Group began in 1998 as a partnership of three companies owned by Lucy Griffin, the late Phil Gay, and Mollie Sudhoff. With Lucy’s retirement at the end of 2014 and Mollie’s new position in early 2015, Steve Sudhoff and Phil carried on the work of PCG, serving the needs of all types of financial firms.
